Tribal Edge Fitness
Using the unique method of constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements, our workout system will prepare you for any task imaginable. By complete training in metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting, you will experience the benefits no matter what your level of fitness. You will always feel better after this group fitness class, as you use the animal within to release stress, increase energy, toughness and general physical prowess leaving you feeling more prepared and confident in any situation.
Tribal Edge Martial Arts
Tribal Edge offers training in the arts of Sikal, a combined system of Filipino Kali, and Indonesian Pentjak Silat as taught by Guru Ken Pannell.
Focusing upon the tools and values of the warrior, this training provides a fun, safe and effective approach for learning how to defend self and others. The basic areas covered are- empty hand work (strikes, trapping, joint manipulations, sweeps, throws and ground work), and weapons (sticks, blades and flexible).
These arts are exceptional for young and old male and female.
Schedule:
Fitness & Conditioning- 16+ Tuesday and Friday evening at 5:00
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:00
Martial Arts- Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday evenings at 6:30
Youth Combo Class- (ages 10-15) Tuesday and Friday at 4:00
Cost
$10.00 per class $60.00 per month- two classes per week $75.00 for 12 class punch card (combo) $100.00 per month for workout and martial arts combo $130.00 per month for unlimited combo

To register for classes please call 360- 683- 7641 or e-mail mail@tribaledge.info for more information and directions. You will need to fill out the Tribal Edge application and Waiver and pay for your class prior to participating.
Print out a copy of the application and the waiver and bring them with you with your payment to class. Arrive early enough to take care of business and get oriented. You do not need formal training uniforms to train at this club. Simply comfortable loose clothing, a water bottle and training weapons if you have them. Do not bring real weapons.
